Allison Kushner joined Shay and Associates in July, 2010. Her areas of practice include personal injury and workers’ compensation. She received her B.A. from Fordham University in 2005 and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2008. During law school, she earned her Environmental and Land Use Law Certificate as well as a Commitment to Public Service Award. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the McLean County Bar Association.
