Thomas R. Ewick joined Shay & Associates in January 2008.  His areas of practice include personal injury and workers' compensation.  He received his B.S. from Indiana State University in 1998 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2002.  During law school, he served as an articles editor on the Indiana Law Review.  He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Indiana .  Mr. Ewick worked for five years for the Illinois States Attorney's Appellate Prosecutor's Office and appeared before the Illinois Court of Appeals on numerous occasions.  He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.  He is an avid runner, having participated in the Chicago Marathon four times and 10 half-marathons.
